Artists and artisans: submit your creations!
The Musée maritime du Québec is always looking for unique creations with a maritime flair. Do you have any original artistic productions to offer? Maybe you have high-quality creations to showcase? We are interested in discovering your work and possibly showcasing them at our Le Cabestan shop for consignment sale.
We are looking for distinctive objects made using the following themes or materials (this is only an open-ended list; we love to be surprised!): anything related to the maritime world, nordicity, piracy, ships, sailboats, maritime landscapes, seafaring legendary, mythical or historical characters, lighthouses, sea animal and plant life, water, driftwood or recycled materials.
Consignment sale procedure
Would you like your creations to be showcased at our shop? Contact the Museum to book a time slot to present your creations to the selection committee. We will ask you to send us a few pictures of your creations and a suggested price list, your complete contact information, a short biography, your resume or the link to your website. The Museum makes no commitment to select all or parts of your production.
