AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
As if you were part of a team of underwater archaeologists, the game involves finding artifacts so that
the surface team can analyze them on the spot.
From then on, your diving helmet will display historical reconstructions in 3D, thanks to state-of-the-art
display technology built into the dive bezel of your helmet.
Diving time is limited. You’ll have just a few minutes to explore each of the four sections of the wreck.
A unique opportunity to discover a virtual reconstruction of the wreck of the Scotsman. This Scottish brig
capsized off Rimouski (Île Bicquette) in 1846.
This research enhancement project was funded by the Réseau Québec maritime. It was conducted by
CDRIN in collaboration with CIDCO, IRHMAS, ISMER-UQAR, and Super Spendide.
