The Musée maritime du Québec offers activities related to traditional navigation. At the Boathouse, children can hoist sails on the mainmast to simulate the experience of sailing. They can try their hand at making ropes the old-fashioned way using a rope walk. Families can learn about seamanship. The “nœud de l’histoire” is all about learning how to make knots. These activities are offered at the Museum throughout the season.
